Hirokazu Kanazawa


 Master Hirokazu Kanazawa was born in 1931 in the Prefecture of Iwate in Japan.


 Although, his father and uncle were experts of Jiu Jitsu, Kanazawa Sensei has begun his martial art training with Kendo and Judo. Later on he also trained some English Boxing. Some school friend introduced him to Karatedo and, after he decided to change University to join TAKUSHOKU University which at that time was known to have the best karatedo dojo in Japan.


 The rest is very simple, Kanazawa Sensei trained harder and harder so to reach the level that he has nowadays. Kanazawa Shihan is one of the latest students of O’Sensei Gichin FUNAKOSHI, the founder of modern traditional karatedo.

Toshio Yamada. 8th Dan


 8th Dan Shotokan karate owner, he is one of the greatest Karateka living today in Europe. Toshio Yamada was send from Sensei Kanazawa at Europe during 1979. He practiced Karate at the famous Japanese University “Takoushoku” and he has teached Karate almost all over the world.


 Toshio Yamade has been the Inspirator and planter of the Shotokan Karate International in Greece, together with his students Zarouchliotis Nikitas and Gazi Keivan. Amongst others he has been the instructor of the World Champion Liana Radicci (Italy) and the several times Pan European and Italy Championship winner, Tsankis Azade.


 Today he supervises his students teaching around the world.

With Sensei Markos Georgiadis assistance 5th DAN S.K.I.F., he was 13 times distinguished at S.K.I. Hellas champions, Ε.L.Ο.Κ. και Α.S.Α.Ε.D. (Supreeme Sports Court of armed forces) and took part at Balkans and World champions, as athlete and coach with S.K.I.F. and national team of Hellenic Police force.

He is one of the Greek Police force Karate team founders (1993). A etam that till now has won the most World And European medals of the National ΕΛ.Ο.Κ. team.

He supervises the Greek Police force Karate team since 1996 – Greek and Balkans champion since 1998 – and the National team of Α.Σ.Α.Ε.Δ.
